Heat - you control your own comfort with our hot-water baseboard. Each apartment has it’s own thermostat and you can set it for what feels best to you. The gas bill of $65/ mo. per unit for heat and hot water is included in your rent.

Hot Water - it’s OK to take a long shower. You won’t run out of hot water because we just put in new hot water tanks.

Electricity - fridge, stove, lights, and whatever you plug into the outlets. This is worth about $55 per month.

Satellite TV - 227 digital channels includes locals, sports, movies and music. About $65

Internet Wifi - Fast enough for gaming or streaming your favorite content, just log into the house account. $45

Trash Collection - in the borough of East Stroudsburg, single living units pay $295 / year but you get it for free.

Water and Sewer - it comes to about $35 / month but you never see the bill.

Air Conditioning - We supply you with two strong window units to keep you cool on the warmest days.

Parking - Some landlords charge extra. We don’t. You get off-street parking in our private lot that’s right behind the building.

Snow Removal - The guys come in after it stops snowing and plow the lot and clear the walks.

Lawn Maintenance - We keep the lawn and plantings in good shape so that you can be proud of where you live.

So when you’re comparing apartments, add $310 to the rent of other apartments that don’t include any utilities so that you can get an apples to apples comparison. You’ll find that our apartments are less expensive and nicer.
