Good Neighbor Policy

or, “the house rules”

When you rent an apartment here you’re moving into a very nice, but small, neighborhood that is the building at 96 Analomink Street.

There are five other apartments in the building so everybody has to work at being good neighbors. That doesn’t mean that everybody is best of friends, but that they are mindful of others.

Simply put, 96 is a golden rule world where you are expected to treat others as you wish to be treated and care for the apartment as you would want somebody else to care for your property.

With a little effort, it can be a very special place to live - at least that’s what many past tenants have said.
